User must complete the users register, for booking and sign off.
All contents shall be checked upon receipt and on return to the storage location of the boat.
Any loses or breakages shall be the responsibility of the club member using the boat and trailer and shall be repaired or replaced at their cost (reference register)
All users vehicles are to be insured for towing the boat and trailer (No Club Insurance)
The boat register must be completed prior to removal of the boat from storage
General maintenance and fair wear and tear shall be the responsibility of the club, costs will be recovered from the borrower for other damages
A nominal fee of $5/day shall be applicable for use of the boat (including club trips) up to a maximum cost of $50 (If booked user pays). Payment is to be made to Stuart before the boat is taken
Boat hire/use by a club member shall be a maximum of 2 weeks (consecutive) unless prior approval has been sought from the club executive
Fuel conditioner to be added to mix at all times of filling fuel containers (OMC products – 4ml/ltr) - return the boat with fuel replaced
Boat must be cleaned prior to return to parking place. (Return as you found it). Borrowers will be fined if the boat is returned in poor state of cleanliness
