Goodday bill attached is a photo of yellowbelly caught in Lake Tuggeranong today (14/9/2006) on Goldfish fly. Weight was 4lbs and length was 47 cms. Also caught a couple of 28cm redfin.

Fly Casting
Day One saw a disappointing turnup - the advertising did not come about despite efforts by the secretary, however the nasty windy weather also contributed. Nevertheless a few brave souls turned up to learn from Mark F.

Day Two was much better

Despite being the foulest weather, a large (16?) gathering turned up for the Eucumbene Trout Farm excursion.

Alan was the lucky winner of the raffle prize

and then capped it off with a nice fish.

A couple of nice fish were extracted from the big lake.

Meantime, the surecatch pond gave some newcomers experience in playing and handling trout.
